"I have never gone to bed wearing makeup in my life. My mother taught me that. She used to say that otherwise, your eyelashes would break. That habit stayed with me forever. Thank you, Mom!" the singer shared.

The artist starts her morning with warm water. She emphasizes the importance of proper hydration.
"Tea, matcha, latte are great, but it's something different. Water is the foundation of everything," she notes.

"In our reality, it sounds funny, but the first thing any psychologist advises for any problem is sleep," the artist says.
