Beach trip: Ryanair launches new cheap flights from Polish airports
Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is expanding its route network from Poland with the addition of 7 new destinations. Travelers from Poznan and Katowice will now have the opportunity to fly to popular Mediterranean locations, according to lowcostavia.com.ua.
New connections of the low-cost airline Ryanair are planned for spring between Poland and the following countries: Spain, Italy, Croatia, UK, and Malta.
Passengers will be able to fly the following routes:
- Katowice to Alicante starting April 19, 2024, with one flight per week;
- Katowice to Bari starting April 16, 2024, twice a week;
- Katowice to Malta starting April 15, 2024, with 3 flights per week;
- Katowice to Rome Fiumicino starting April 15, 2024, twice a week;
- Katowice to Zadar starting April 17, 2024, once a week;
- Poznan to Malaga (schedule yet to be announced);
- Warsaw Modlin to Manchester starting April 17, 2024, with 3 flights per week.
Tickets can be purchased on the airline's website ryanair.com. Examples of flight prices:
- Katowice to Alicante – from 59 euros (April 19);
- Katowice to Rome Fiumicino – from 51 euros (April 15);
- Warsaw Modlin to Manchester – from 30 euros (April 28).
Earlier reports indicated that Ryanair is adding new routes in both southern and northern Europe. Travelers will have access to cities with captivating architecture in Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Lithuania.
Additionally, Ryanair is preparing to reduce some flights due to a shortage of aircraft. The cuts will affect airports in Warsaw-Modlin, Dublin, Milan-Malpensa, and four airports in Portugal.
