Bake famous Cinnabon rolls with this simple recipe

Cinnabons are popular cinnamon rolls with creamy frosting that have become a culinary symbol of baked goods. This recipe from Ukrainian food blogger Kateryna Tarasenko will help you make rolls even tastier than those at a coffee shop.
Recipe for delicious Cinnabon rolls
Ingredients:
- Yeast – 10 g
- Sugar – 30 g
- Egg – 1
- Milk – 160 ml
- Wheat flour – 300–320 g
- Salt – 6 g
- Butter – 30 g
For filling:
- Sugar – 170 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp
- Mascarpone – 200 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Add yeast, sugar, egg, and milk into a bowl and mix well. Then add flour and salt. After that, knead in the butter.
Leave the dough for 1 hour to rise.
For the filling, mix sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly. Then roll it up.

Cut the rolls using a string and place them on a baking sheet.

Leave them in a warm place for 35 minutes to allow them to rise. For the cream, beat together 100 g sugar, mascarpone, and lemon juice in a bowl.
Bake at 160°C for 35 minutes. At the end, spread the cream on top of the rolls, and they're ready to eat.
