Russian occupiers attacked Mykolaiv with kamikaze drones overnight on February 11. As a result of the strikes, a fire broke out, according to the State Emergency Service of Mykolaiv region and Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych.

Due to the drone strikes in Mykolaiv, a fire occurred on the open territory of an infrastructure facility. It was promptly extinguished.

Additionally, as a result of the attack, an administrative building, residential houses, cars, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

One person was injured. The man is in moderate condition and has been provided with assistance.

The mayor of the city noted that experts are inspecting the area, and municipal services have been directed to the scene of the incident.

What is known about the overnight attack

On the night of February 10, occupiers released 45 kamikaze drones over Ukraine, air defense forces operated in nine regions, managing to shoot down 40 Shaheds.

The Russians launched the Shaheds to southern Ukraine and Kyiv. All drones were shot down on the approaches to the capital, there were no hits in Kyiv, and a fire broke out in the Kyiv region due to the falling debris of the downed drones.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, there is a casualty as a result of the overnight attack.
