In February of this year, the famous English rock musician Ozzy Osbourne told his fans that he was retiring from the stage due to serious health problems. And recently he shocked with a new statement: he has ten years to live, referring to the artist's interview with Rolling Stone UK.

In 2020, it became known that the former lead singer of Black Sabbath suffers from Parkinson's disease. He takes his illness quite calmly.

"At best, I’ve got ten years left and when you’re older, time picks up speed. ...I like the idea that if you have a terminal illness, you can go to a place in Switzerland and get it done quickly," Ozzy reveals.

Osbourne noted that he is not afraid of death, but wants to avoid "a long, painful and miserable existence."

Earlier, the artist talked about how he lives with Parkinson's disease.

"You think you're lifting your legs, but your leg doesn't move. I feel like I'm walking around in lead boots," he admitted.

The singer also said that he takes antidepressants on a regular basis, which keeps his condition relatively normal.
