Ukrainian astrologer Kateryna Solovyova exclusively for RBC-Ukraine (Styler project) has prepared a detailed forecast for this Sunday and shared what should be avoided to prevent negative effects from retrograde Mercury.

Solovyova reminded that on this day, it is advisable not to start important projects or plan surgical or dental procedures. It is also a good idea to postpone a visit to the hairdresser. Delay adventures, long trips, and serious negotiations to another day.
Note that Mercury is still in retrograde phase, so it is not a good time to resolve conflicts with neighbors or others.
After 1:14 PM, avoid selfishness and negative emotions, the astrologer advises. This period is for reflection, spiritual and physical cleansing. Therefore, it is useful to reflect on your life and remember the past.
"Accumulated plans from the previous seven days can be easily realized. It is a good day to summarize and set directions for future development. The day supports activities related to self-sacrifice," Solovyova said.
"It is a day of justice, devotion, honesty, and duties. Help others and show compassion," she added.
Try to harmonize relationships, focus on family and children, and household tasks. Cleansing spaces with candlelight will be effective.

"August 11 is a day of the Sun, which governs our inner self, consciousness, worldview, perception, understanding of the world, vitality, energy, health, individuality, temperament, self-realization, sources of self-expression, and wholeness," Solovyova explained.
"Due to the general mood of the day, it is better not to start new activities related to the Sun’s influence, such as spending leisure time with children, engaging in various entertainment and gambling games, public speaking, or romantic adventures," she advises.
On this day, attending concerts and creative events, or engaging in hobbies is recommended. There are also several colors that can help balance the Sun's energy.
"Use orange, gold, and yellow in your clothing, as well as symbols of sunflowers and Leo. Wear gold jewelry and enjoy some orange slices," the astrologer noted.
"The classic symbol of the Sun is the sunflower, and its image will be fitting for today. Enhancing the energies of the king of planets will be images of the king of animals — the majestic lion," she concluded.
