  • Eat slowly, savoring every bite.
  • Mealtime is me-time, no gadgets allowed.

Everyone has their own eating schedule, but it is important not to skip breakfast and not to have dinner less than 3 hours before bedtime.

Also, try having 1-2 healthy snacks before and after lunch. Take your time, as meals should take at least 20-30 minutes, and snacks should take at least 10 minutes.

Drink plain water without additives, based on your thirst. It's better not to drink coffee or tea during meals.

Instead of lard or butter, use healthy plant oils: sunflower, corn, flaxseed, and olive.

Choose whole grain bread and pastry, pasta made from hard wheat varieties, and unpolished rice.

Try consuming about 30 g of fruits and berries twice a day.

In elderly people, immunity can be strengthened by including supplements with micronutrients and vitamins in the diet.

Balanced nutrition is important for the prevention of a range of non-infectious diseases.
