Some foods contain chemicals and food colors that can be harmful to health. Consumption over a long period of time can have serious consequences. Therefore, it is worth knowing which products to exclude from your diet, according to the website Eat This, Not That!

Candy

E124 - red cochenille is found in candy, syrups, ketchup, canned salmon, cherries, carbonated drinks, marzipan, and jelly. Risks include hyperactivity, asthma, urticaria, and insomnia.

Although there is controversial research surrounding food coloring, it has no nutritional value and should be minimized in your diet.

Cereal
