To prepare this delicious and hearty dinner, you will need the following ingredients:
- mushrooms - 100g
- pasta (or spaghetti) - 120g
- hard cheese - 30g
- cream or sour cream (20%) - 150ml
- onion - 1
- garlic - 1 clove
- oil - 1 tbsp
- spices - to taste
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
How to cook mushroom pasta
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, rinse and pat dry the mushrooms, slice them thinly. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, and grate the cheese finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown, then add the sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook the mushrooms until they are golden brown and have released their juices. Add spices as desired, salt, and pepper, then pour in the cream or sour cream and cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes.

What you need for pasta in red sauce
To prepare pasta with tuna in red sauce, you will need the following ingredients:
- tuna in oil - 200g
- penne pasta - 225g
- vegetable broth or stock - 600ml
- tomato sauce - 400g
- parsley - a small bunch
- smoked paprika - 2 tsp
- garlic - 1 head
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
How to cook pasta with tuna
Drain the oil from the tuna using a sieve - do not discard it, as you will need it for the dish. Wash the parsley, pat it dry with a towel, and chop it. Peel and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat 3 tablespoons of tuna oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic. Be careful not to overcook it; it should be barely golden, not dark. Add the paprika and, after mixing the ingredients, the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook everything for 3 minutes over low heat.
Add water or vegetable broth to the mixture and bring the liquid to a boil. The next step is to add the pasta, then mix everything and bring to a boil. Once the water starts boiling, cook the pasta for an additional 8 minutes and simmer for another 2-3 minutes covered over medium heat until al dente.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the chopped parsley to the tuna, mix slightly - and the pasta is ready.

To prepare a salad with bell pepper and beef, you will need the following ingredients:
- beef - 200g
- bell pepper - 1 piece
- oil - 2-3 tbsp
- red onion - 1 piece
- raisins - 50g
- soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- cream - 50ml
How to cook a salad with bell pepper and beef
Start by soaking the raisins - pour hot boiling water over them. While they are soaking, wash the bell pepper and peel the onion, then chop them into strips. Heat a pan, add oil, and fry the pepper and onion until lightly browned, then transfer them to a bowl.
Cut the beef in the same way and also fry it, transfer it to the vegetables, and add the raisins. For the sauce, beat the cream with the meat juice left on the pan. Mix the salad, pour the sauce over it, and serve.

To prepare a nutritious and light dish in a pan, you will need these ingredients:
- vegetable mix - 200g
- quinoa - 100g
- water - 150ml
- oil - to taste
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
How to cook quinoa with vegetables in a pan:
Start by preparing the quinoa - put it in a saucepan and add water in a ratio of 1:1.5. Bring the water with quinoa to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes, until all the water is absorbed. Salt is not needed at this stage - it will be replaced by soy sauce.
Pour the frozen vegetable mix into a deep pan without oil and thaw it, stirring, over low heat - the quinoa will be ready by this time.
After the vegetables have thawed, add a small amount of oil to them and, stirring, fry for 3-4 minutes over high heat.
Then add soy sauce, stir, and wait for the sauce to boil. Add the cooked quinoa, mix the mixture, and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes.

Shrimp and avocado salad
What you need for a shrimp and avocado salad
To prepare this nutritious and delicious salad, you will need:
- shrimp - 400g
- avocado - 1
- salad greens - 200g
- shallot - 1
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- heavy cream (preferably 73%) - 40g
- oil - to taste
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
How to cook shrimp salad:
First, heat a pan. Season the peeled shrimp with salt and sauté for 5 minutes in heavy cream. Place the shrimp on a paper towel - this will remove excess oil.
