4 simple exercises that strengthen thigh muscles and joints
The muscles of the thighs and joints experience minor loads in daily life, particularly if you have a sedentary job and a generally inactive lifestyle. To improve their condition, beneficial exercises that can be done at home are recommended, according to the Eat This, Not That website!
Healthy hips mean that the bones surrounding the hips are structurally strong. This strength makes them resistant to bone fractures that can occur after a fall.
Conventional barbell deadlift
This exercise works virtually every muscle in the body, starting with the muscles of the thighs, glutes, lower back, and core abdominal muscles, and extending to the shoulders and even the arms.
It is recommended for beginners because it provides a comprehensive, overall developmental impact on the entire body.
Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. Push your hips back while keeping your torso straight. Slowly lower your torso while holding the barbell.
Perform 3 sets of 6 repetitions.
