Russia's new mobilization tactic disclosed by CNR

In Russia, plans are underway to step up the mobilization of Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, according to the Center of National Resistance.
Due to a lack of resources, Russian forces are expected to rely on conscripting conscripts by force and blackmailing detainees and prisoners.
The Center of National Resistance stated that "the empire traditionally fights with the hands of the enslaved, and the deaths of Ukrainians serve its interests under any circumstances."
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that in temporarily occupied Luhansk, forced mobilization had intensified, carried out by representatives of the occupation "authorities" with the support of Russian security forces. In this way, Russia is attempting to replenish its losses at the front by drafting residents who are neither prepared nor trained for combat.
It was also reported that because of a shortage of volunteers to fight against Ukraine, Russian authorities are resorting to new schemes. Police officers are paid bonuses for forcing detainees to sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Recruitment of prisoners has likewise become a common practice in Russia’s war against Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, up to 180,000 prisoners have been involved in the fighting. They receive lower payments than other military personnel.
