Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump will hold a phone call today, March 19. They will discuss the American leader’s negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, stated Presidential Office adviser Mykhailo Podolyak in a comment to RBC-Ukraine’s YouTube channel.

"Trump will share his perspective on the situation, while the Ukrainian President will emphasize his vision of the situation. They will exchange views and discuss key aspects related to Ukraine that were discussed in the Trump-Putin call," Podolyak said.

According to him, after the talks, Ukraine will continue aligning its position with the US.

The adviser also believes Trump will not pressure only Ukraine and Europe.

"There will be no progress without pressure on Russia. This will become clear soon," he added.
