Zelenskyy: We will end this war on Ukraine’s terms

Ukraine will end the war with Russia on its own terms. The Ukrainian state will restore its security, stated President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Ukrainian Youth Forum 2024.
The President reminded that today, August 12, is Ukrainian Youth Day. On this occasion, he congratulated everyone who feels young.
"On behalf of our state, I can promise the most important thing: Ukraine, despite the harsh circumstances of the war, will not have a lost generation due to the war. We will end this war in a way Ukraine needs and restore security to our state," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He added that young generations in Ukraine will always have the opportunity to realize their talents, feel valued, support their families, and provide education for their children.
"These are fundamental things that we must and will ensure," the President stated.
Ukraine’s peace plan
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wants a peace plan to be developed by the end of the year. This plan will be based on the implementation of the points of the Ukrainian peace formula.
The Ukrainian authorities plan to create such a plan in collaboration with other countries and present it to Russia at the second Peace Summit.
