Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with US President Donald Trump today, April 26. According to Zelenskyy, their conversation was productive.
During a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the Ukrainian leader commented on his talks with Trump.
He reiterated that the meeting was productive and noted that they discussed sensitive issues.
"Of course, totally, it's about how to bring peace closer and how it resulted in positive outcomes in Paris and London," the president explained.
Zelenskyy-Trump meeting
Today, for the first time after the clash at the White House, Zelenskyy personally met with Trump. Both officials were in Rome for the funeral of Pope Francis.
