President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that all relevant services are working to restore electricity and water in affected communities. He stressed that the large-scale attacks show Russia’s intent to continue terrorizing civilians.
"It is important for everyone to see what Russia is doing. Every step in their terror against our people, all attacks — they are clearly not about ending the war. They still want to destroy our state and inflict as much suffering as possible on our people. That is why we need support in everything that helps protect lives and end this war: strengthening air defense and our troops on the front line, enhancing our long-range capabilities, and increasing pressure on Russia," Zelenskyy said.
