Zelenskyy reveals quicker way to end war

The diplomatic path to ending Russia’s war against Ukraine is faster. It involves fewer losses and killings, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The head of state reminded that there are two options for ending the war — military or diplomatic.
According to him, everyone now understands that Russia will not be able to fully occupy all of Ukraine, and Ukraine will not be able to restore control over all its territories by force.
"So when we talk about what society and people believe in, I think that today the diplomatic path — fewer killings, fewer losses — is faster than the path of war. In my opinion, yes," Zelenskyy added.
Diplomatic path
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that to make important decisions in the context of ending Russia’s war against Ukraine, a meeting at the leadership level is necessary.
The head of the Ukrainian state has repeatedly emphasized that he is ready for such a meeting.
Meanwhile, Moscow has not yet demonstrated its readiness for a meeting. In particular, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently said that Putin does not mind meeting with Zelenskyy, but under certain conditions.
At the same time, US President Donald Trump said that Putin does not want a personal meeting with Zelenskyy because he does not like the Ukrainian President.
