Zelenskyy replaces commander of Joint Forces of Ukrainian Armed Forces
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has decided to dismiss the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Yurii Sodol.
"I have decided to replace the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Yurii Sodol, with Brigadier General Andriy Hnatov," the President said.
EU Council approves 14th package of sanctions against Russia
The EU Council has adopted the 14th package of economic and individual sanctions against Russia for its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
These measures target high-value sectors of the Russian economy, such as energy, finance, and trade, further complicating efforts to bypass EU sanctions.
