Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the drone attack on Ukraine on November 2. According to him, Russia knows how to use the time that the world's indecision gives them.

"Constant terrorist strikes on Ukrainian cities prove that the pressure on Russia and its allies is insufficient. Today, air raid alerts have been ongoing in cities across Ukraine since four in the morning," he said.

He noted that, unfortunately, there have been damages and casualties in various districts of Kyiv due to the Russian drone attack.

"Strikes and damages were also reported in the Poltava, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. I thank our defenders of the sky who shoot down Shaheds every night. This year, there has been a threat from Shaheds almost every night, and sometimes in the morning and during the day. These are strike drones provided to Russia by Iran, which have become one of the main tools of Russian terror against Ukraine," the head of state remarked.

In Zelenskyy's opinion, there needs to be more pressure on Russia's ability to produce such weapons.

"We need the capability to destroy both the storage bases of Shaheds and all existing infrastructure for their production and logistics. Unfortunately, terrorists know how to use the time that the indecision of the free world gives them," he emphasized.

Russia's attack on Ukraine

Russian forces again attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones in the night of November 2. Air defense systems were active in many regions, including Kyiv and the surrounding area.

In particular, the debris from falling drones caused damage in six districts of Kyiv. Two people were injured, one of whom was a police officer.

At the same time, air defense forces shot down all the drones that Russia attempted to use to attack Kyiv.
