Today, on May 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard several reports on the situation at the frontline.

Zelenskyy said that in the morning there was a lengthy report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi. According to the president, the chief reported on Ukrainian frontline positions, specific actions of units, and specific areas.

"There was also a report by the head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov. We are aware of all aspects of the situation now," the head of state added.

Situation in Ukraine on May 4

As reported by the General Staff, 119 military clashes were recorded in Ukraine over the past day.

At about 16:30 today, Russian terrorists shelled Kharkiv. The occupants hit one of the city's civilian facilities.

In addition to Kharkiv, Russian occupants also struck the Odesa and Dnipro districts today.
