Zelenskyy comments on classified part of Ukraine's victory plan President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy (Vitalii Nosach, RBC-Ukraine)

Ukraine's victory plan contains a classified part in addition to the five open points. Ukraine is asking for assistance in these classified parts as soon as possible, says President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a briefing in Brussels.

According to him, not many points of the plan have been rejected before.

“In fact, we have secret sections of this document that are sensitive. And on such sensitive issues, we usually ask for help as early as possible,” he said.

As an example, Zelenskyy cited the decision to permit Ukraine to use long-range weapons.

“Of course, we will use our own weapons and capabilities for this, but it is very important that our partners think about helping us in this and continue to help us,” the president said.

Zelenskyy expressed confidence that “only through unity in the EU will we be able to encourage not only EU leaders but other leaders as well.”

On October 16, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented a five-point plan for Ukraine's victory in the Parliament, Verkhovna Rada. It includes defense, military, economic, and security parts. The first point is a mandatory invitation for Ukraine to join NATO.

According to the president, the plan also contains three secret annexes that were given to individual partners.

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, said in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine's YouTube channel that the secret annexes to Ukraine's victory plan include the possibility of strikes on Russian territory and list the weapons needed.
