Zelenskyy claims war is being pushed into Russian territory
Ukraine knows how to bring justice. This is exactly what the Ukrainian military is doing today, pushing the war back to the territory of the aggressor, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"Today, Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi has already reported several times – on the frontline situation and on our actions to push the war out into the aggressor's territory," President Zelenskyy says.
Ukrainian President thanks every unit of the Ukrainian Defense Forces that makes this happen.
"Ukraine is proving that it really knows how to restore justice and guarantees exactly the kind of pressure that is needed – pressure on the aggressor," the head of state stresses.
This statement was made against the backdrop of the events in the Kursk region. For several days now, Russians have been complaining about the fighting in the Sudzha area. However, the Ukrainian side has not officially commented on the situation in the Kursk region.
Four days ago, Russians announced a breakthrough on the border of the Kursk and Sumy regions, near the town of Sudzha.
Currently, according to unofficial sources, the Russian army has lost control of about a hundred square kilometers of territory in the Kursk region.
