President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced new rotations within the Defense Forces and the General Staff. This is necessary to "move faster", he stated during a press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Kyiv.

"Recently, I presented the resilience plan, primarily within our country. And defense capability, capacity, and our military are among the main priorities of unity and other points of this plan. It includes specific reforms and decisions," the President said.

According to Zelenskyy, these decisions are made by "specific people."

"These will not be the last rotations; there will be more because we need to move faster," he added.

Personnel changes in the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Earlier, we reported that Zelenskyy appointed Mykhailo Drapatyi as the new commander of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Zelenskyy also decided to appoint Colonel Pavlo Palisa as Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. He is the commander of the 93rd Cold Yar Brigade.
