On Monday, Polish carriers restricted traffic at the Dorohulsk border crossing. The protest has now been completed, and traffic is operating as usual, according to the Telegram channel of the State Customs Service and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"According to Polish customs officials, at 11:00 p.m. on May 13, the strike was ended, and the Yahodyn - Dorohusk border crossing was unblocked. The crossing is now operating as usual in both directions," the State Customs Service of Ukraine informed at 11:13 p.m.

Approximately 10 minutes later, the information was confirmed by the State Border Guard Service, which reported that the Polish protesters, who had been obstructing the movement of freight vehicles, had ended the blockade at the Dorohusk border crossing.

The relevant information was provided by the Polish Border Guard. In particular, the protesters ended their actions at 10:30 p.m. Kyiv time.

"At present, the processing of freight vehicles in both directions, towards Ukraine and towards Poland via the Yahodyn - Dorohusk border crossing, has resumed in normal mode," the State Border Guard Service added.

Border blockade with Ukraine

On Monday, May 12, Polish carriers began a protest near the Yahodyn - Dorohusk border crossing (the border between Poland and Ukraine).

The protesters significantly slowed down the movement of trucks, allowing only one vehicle per hour to pass in each direction. At the same time, buses and vehicles with humanitarian aid were able to pass without delays.

According to the customs service, drivers were mass canceling their electronic queue (eQueue) for crossing through Yahodyn and redirecting to other checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border. Only 8 large trucks were processed overnight from May 12 to May 13.

At the same time, a few hours ago, it became known that the appellate court in Lublin upheld the ban on protests by Polish carriers who had blocked the Yahodyn - Dorohusk border crossing.
