The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has released an updated ranking of the world's top female tennis players, according to the organization's official website.

Ukrainian players maintain their positions in WTA

The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has published the latest rankings of the world's best tennis players.

Despite ending her season early, Ukraine's top player, Elina Svitolina, remains in 13th place in the world rankings.

The ranking is still led by Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, followed by Poland's Iga Świątek and American Coco Gauff.

Kostyuk climbs, Yastremska stays consistent

Marta Kostyuk rose in the global rankings thanks to her strong performance at the Beijing tournament, where she reached the fourth round. This result lifted her to 26th place, one of the highest positions in the Kyiv native's career.

Dayana Yastremska, meanwhile, held on to her 31st position, showing stable results toward the end of the season.

Starodubtseva's setbacks and Kalinina's decline

The week was less successful for Yuliia Starodubtseva. The Ukrainian failed to defend her points from last year's Beijing quarterfinal and dropped out of the top 100, falling to 131st place.

Oleksandra Oliynykova also slipped three spots and now ranks 139th.

Anhelina Kalinina, who hasn't competed since June, continues to lose points and has now dropped to 159th place.

Snigur breaks into top 200

A positive update came from Daria Snihur, who entered the world's top 200. After reaching the semifinals of the ITF W75 tournament in Bratislava, she climbed to 175th place.

Anastasiia Sobolieva, on the other hand, lost a few points and dropped to 263rd.
