According to a document obtained by the publication, he wants to receive legal authority to protect the assets that their daughter Kaya is set to inherit.

According to Klitschko, federal agents gained access to the actress’s home as part of an investigation and removed some of her belongings. He wants to be able to recover the property after the investigative actions are completed.

Klitschko noted that while Panettiere was still alive, she hired a security service to protect her home and property. This happened because of “documented concerns that one individual had gained unauthorized access to her property.”

In addition, the company changed the locks after the actress’s death and moved storage units containing designer clothing and accessories that she wore during public appearances.

In his court filing, Klitschko expressed concern that “this individual” may continue trying to “wrongfully appropriate” Hayden’s property. He stressed the need to appoint an estate representative as soon as possible who could protect the actress’s home and personal belongings.

As is known, Hayden did not leave a will. Therefore, her daughter Kaya is the actress’s sole heir, including her apartment in West Hollywood.

Kaya was born in 2014. She spends most of her time living with her father, who received sole legal custody after his breakup with the actress. At the same time, she remained in contact with her mother from a distance.
