The White House has issued an official statement saying Democrats will fail to reverse everything President Trump has done.
"Every time the radical left, the fake news, and the professional panic class have written President Trump's obituary, they have been wrong. They will be wrong again," the statement said.
The publication claims that Democrats will try to undo everything Trump has accomplished during the remaining two years of his presidency. However, the administration is confident that members of the Democratic Party "will fail."
The White House listed border security, ending DEI policies, energy independence, protecting children, and several other issues among Trump's achievements.
"These [Democrats' — ed.] efforts will fail. Attempts to impeach him, claw back his agenda, or reverse the gains of his administration will meet the same fate as the radical left's previous attempts: failure. President Trump will never stop fighting," the White House concluded.
Background
On November 3, the United States held midterm elections for Congress. Preliminary results showed that Democrats had won majorities in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Trump himself acknowledged the results and said he was ready to work with Democrats.
Media reports have already emerged that House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries told his colleagues he intended to run for Speaker of the House.
Media outlets also report that the new US Congress will take office in January, allowing Democrats to decide which issues come up for a vote thanks to their majorities. According to Reuters sources, one of their priorities is aid to Ukraine.
Meanwhile, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said the Democrats' victory would not change much, as Trump would continue governing the country while bypassing Congress.
