What to do every morning to lose weight: Expert's advice
A weight loss coach Shane Rowland shared morning tips for shedding pounds.
Morning steps to lose weight
The expert revealed that many people who aim to lose weight feel extremely hungry by midday on the first day of their weight loss journey because they are starving.
"At the end of the night, you eat everything you see. The next morning, you think you're doomed and believe you'll remain overweight forever," Shane explained.
But don't worry, you're not alone; there are ways to avoid this and help shed the pounds.
"One of the most effective and important tips when it comes to not feeling starved while trying to lose weight is to get a large amount of protein at the beginning of the day," the coach advised.
He said that a small protein bar or drink wouldn't be enough.
"Now, I'm not talking about getting a small protein bar with 15g of protein or even a protein shake with 30g of protein. I'm talking about getting at least 50-70g of protein for breakfast. I guarantee that if you do this, you'll be much less hungry, your cravings will almost disappear, and you'll have energy throughout the day," he said.
