What meat to choose when losing weight?
100 grams of lean veal contains 190 calories, while the same portion of fatty pork has 470 calories.
In the first case, the veal was roasted, and in the second case, the pork was fried in oil.
And what about the taste, you might ask? The higher the fat content of the meat, the tastier it is, right?
Of course, pork fried in oil is delicious, but at the same time, it becomes a very high-calorie product that should not be chosen if your goal is to lose weight.
For those who are slimming down, Viktor Mandziak recommends choosing lean meat, adding spices to it, and being truly hungry before eating.
"Roast the meat, season it with spices, and experience ecstatic pleasure," advises the expert.
