Weirdest celebrity diets ever - From not eating to drinking only lemonade

Celebrities are willing to do just about anything for the perfect figure or a movie role. Sometimes they even resort to very strange and questionable diets. Here are some of the most striking examples of stars who sparked public outrage with their eating habits.
Machine Gun Kelly
The rapper and father of Megan Fox's daughter shocked many with his diet. It turns out he eats only a few times a week, replacing most meals with water.
His menu includes bone broth with kimchi and sauerkraut. According to him, these foods are rich in probiotics.
Also, he drank coffee, celery juice, and coconut water. He might eat a burger if his friend makes it.

Gwyneth Paltrow
The ambassador of strict diets has tried the paleo diet, intermittent fasting, various detox programs, and IV therapy, which includes vitamin drips and other substances.
However, in April of this year, Gwyneth decided to return to a normal plate of food.
She still aims to eat healthy, but her approach has become less rigid and more balanced.
Her diet once again includes bread, cheese, and a small portion of pasta.

Victoria Beckham
The model and designer ate the same meal for 25 years. Her favorite dish is grilled fish and steamed vegetables.
She avoids foods cooked in oil or sauces and does not consume dairy products.
The reason behind this diet was skin problems (acne) in her youth.

Christian Bale
For the film "The Machinist," the actor, known for his physical transformations for roles, lost about 28 kilograms.
He ate only apples and tuna, and suppressed his hunger with smoking and coffee.
This diet, combined with intense workouts, helped him lose weight but certainly did not benefit his health.

Beyoncé
The singer once admitted that before important shoots, she followed the "lemonade diet."
For several days in a row, she drank only a mixture of lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water.
She used it to lose a few kilograms quickly, but doctors warn that it can harm your health. The star herself admitted that the result was not lasting.
