'We're bringing the war to Russia': Zelenskyy says bold new strikes coming

Ukrainian forces will continue targeting Russian troops and doing everything possible to bring the war onto Russian territory, including preparing new long-range strikes, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"Our units will continue to destroy the enemy and do everything possible to bring the war onto Russian territory. We are preparing our new long-range strikes," Zelenskyy said.
He also stressed that Ukraine will respond with "unwavering severity to every Russian strike against Ukrainians."
"In particular, the Commander-in-Chief reported on the entirely justified elimination of the Russian killers who took the life of a one-year-old boy in the Kherson region," Zelenskyy added.
Revenge for the child killed
As reported earlier, Ukraine's General Staff confirmed on Monday that Ukrainian troops tracked down and eliminated Russian drone operators.
These were the same personnel who deliberately targeted a private residential home in the Kherson region on July 9, killing a one-year-old toddler.
Strikes on Russia
Ukraine's Defense Forces struck the Borisoglebsk airfield in Russia's Voronezh region during the night of July 5. According to the General Staff, the base houses Su-34, Su-35S, and Su-30SM fighter jets.
"A warehouse with guided aerial bombs, a training-combat aircraft, and, possibly, other aircraft was hit. The results of the strike are being clarified," the statement said.
Other military-linked targets across Russia were also attacked that night.
