Ukraine avenges toddler's death in brutal strike on Russian drone unit

Ukrainian forces tracked down and eliminated Russian drone operators responsible for a July 9 strike in the Kherson region that killed a one-year-old toddler by deliberately targeting a private home with a drone, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The General Staff said there was reason to believe that the operators who attacked the village of Pravdyne in the Bilozerka community of the Kherson region had been neutralized. The Molniya strike drone that hit the yard of the residential house in Pravdyne was launched from the area of Hola Prystan, a temporarily occupied settlement.
"The location of the Russian war criminals' unit was also identified: a five-story non-residential building in Hola Prystan," the statement said.
Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out the operation swiftly. Over four separate waves, five FPV drones were launched through the windows of the floor where the Russian personnel had been located.
"After that, no further launches of Russian drones were observed from the building. Our soldiers will avenge every Russian bast**d who came here to spread death," the General Staff added.
As a reminder, on July 9, Russian forces attacked the village of Pravdyne in the Kherson region with a Molniya drone. A small boy named Dmytryk was killed in the attack. He was just one year and two months old.
This was not the only Russian crime against children in recent days. Russia continues to target the youngest Ukrainian citizens. On July 11, Russian forces launched a Shahed drone attack on Kharkiv, deliberately striking a maternity hospital. Medical staff and women in labor with their newborns were injured in the attack.
