During large-scale humanitarian operations in the temporarily occupied city of Oleshky, Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces personnel used heavy Vampire bombers to deliver humanitarian aid to residents, according to the footage that was released.
The footage shows preparations for the mission and the work of the Bolgarychi special-purpose platoon of the National Guard of Ukraine during the delivery of supplies.
Using Vampire drones, packages containing food, water, medicine, and other essential items were delivered across the Dnipro River. Each load weighed about 19 kg.
In total, Ukrainian defenders have already carried out two humanitarian aid delivery operations for residents of Oleshky. During the first, about 4 tons of food were delivered to the city, while the second involved another 400 packages containing essential items.
When logistics to the occupied city are virtually impossible, heavy drones such as the Vampire become one of the few ways to provide assistance to people on the other side of the Dnipro River.

Not the first mission
This is not the first such mission for the Vampire drones. After Russian forces blew up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant in the Kherson region, these drones were already used to deliver water, food, and medicine to people who were cut off from assistance.
Logistical missions are an important part of the work of Vampire heavy bombers on the front line. Ukrainian military personnel use them every day to deliver food, water, ammunition, equipment, and other necessary supplies to positions.
What is known about the Vampire
The Vampire is a heavy attack hexacopter manufactured by SkyFall, which Russian forces have nicknamed Baba Yaga.
It was designed to operate directly on the front line and is capable of dropping heavy ammunition and delivering supplies, ammunition, and equipment to units.
According to data from the state Army of Drones. Bonus program, in 2025, the Vampire became the most effective combat system.
