According to the newspaper, the Biden administration is very concerned that the rocket attack that killed 11 people in the Golan Heights could lead to an all-out war between Israel and Hezbollah.
“What happened today could be the trigger we have been worried about and tried to avoid for 10 months,” said an anonymous American official.
Meanwhile, Israeli Foreign Minister Katz said that Israel is approaching an all-out war against Hezbollah and Lebanon after the rocket attack on the soccer field.
“the Hezbollah attack crossed all red lines and the response will be accordingly,” Katz emphasized.
Israel reported that Hezbollah had struck in the Majdal Shams area today. This attack has already been called the deadliest.
