US to announce important decision in support of Ukraine tomorrow - Zelenskyy

The United States is preparing an important decision in support of Ukraine. The official announcement is expected tomorrow, says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“I know that an important American decision is being prepared in support of Ukraine - we expect an official announcement tomorrow: significant support packages for our soldiers. Something that has been working during these years of war to protect Ukraine,” the head of state informed.
Zelenskyy added that the aid to be announced should support stabilization work at the front. He also emphasized that more complete supplies from partners save more lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
“We are also working to ensure that our other partners also maintain their support at the required level,” the President summarized.
A few days ago, the Associated Press reported that the United States was to announce a $1.25 billion military aid package for Ukraine on Monday, December 30.
The large support package will include a significant amount of ammunition, in particular for anti-aircraft missile systems and the HAWK air defense system. It will also include Stinger missiles and 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells.
