JSC “UNIVERSAL BANK” continues to expand its physical presence in Kyiv. A new branch has been opened in the capital, citing a press release.

The bank’s 15th branch has started operating at 23 Olenivska Street. It is a modern customer space designed in line with current banking service standards, inclusivity, and barrier-free accessibility.

The new branch features a well-thought-out spatial layout and a restrained contemporary design. Functional zoning and digital solutions allow customers to receive banking services quickly and comfortably, without queues or unnecessary waiting. The space is designed to serve both individual customers and business clients.

A special emphasis has been placed on accessibility. The branch is fully adapted for people with limited mobility: it features a barrier-free entrance, ramps, wide passageways, convenient cashier areas, and clear internal navigation.

“We have opened a branch where customers can receive a full range of banking services in a comfortable and accessible environment. A team of experienced professionals works with a focus on individual customer needs and high service standards. This is a space where modern technologies are combined with live professional consultation,” said Iryna Starominska, Chairwoman of the Management Board of JSC “UNIVERSAL BANK”.

The Olenivska branch also operates within the National Bank of Ukraine’s Power Banking initiative. This means that even during prolonged power outages, the bank ensures uninterrupted operations thanks to alternative power sources and backup communication channels, guaranteeing customers stable access to financial services.
