Ultra-easy chicken fillet cooks fast and turns out incredibly juicy

You can prepare a juicy chicken fillet in just a few minutes using a simple sauce made from accessible ingredients. The recipe keeps the meat tender and aromatic without requiring much time, reports Ukrainian chef Ivan Yaniuk.
Juicy chicken fillet: Easy recipe
You will need the following ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pieces
- Onion – 1 piece
- Mushrooms – 300 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Dried thyme – 2 tsp
- Butter – 50 g
- Water – 50 g
- 33% cream – 250 g
Instructions:
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. If the fillets are large, you can cut them in half. Place them in a bowl, add the chopped garlic, spices, and soy sauce, and mix. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan. In another pan, place the chicken and fry until golden. Then add the butter and cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour the water and cream into the mushrooms and add the spices. Transfer the chicken to the sauce and cook for another 7 minutes.
