Ukrainian Special Forces take down Russian Ka-52 Alligator helicopter with FPV drone (Video)

Special Operations Forces troops from the Balista unit successfully struck a Russian Ka-52 Alligator helicopter using a Bombus tactical strike UAV system, according to the unit's Instagram.
"The Ka-52 Alligator attempted a combat patrol over Ukrainian fields. But it did not take into account the main thing - a group of Bombus tactical strike drones was already waiting in the skies. Precise execution, cold calculation - and another loss for the occupiers' fleet. We continue our work!" the fighters stated.
As can be seen in the published footage, the enemy helicopter was shot down in flight.
In May last year, Ukrainian forces shot down a Russian Ka-52 Alligator helicopter. According to the military, the cost of a single Ka-52 is estimated at $16 million.
Earlier, in February, Ukrainian troops also destroyed another Ka-52 with its crew. That helicopter was taken down by a MANPADS on February 7 near Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
Previously, the Ukrainian Armed Forces had eliminated two more helicopters of the same type.
According to analysts, Russia currently has more than 20 operational Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopters in service.
