Ukrainian special forces severely wound Russian general: Strike footage revealed

Russian Lieutenant General Esedulla Abachev was severely wounded as a result of actions by Ukrainian soldiers. This happened on the night of August 17 near the town of Rylsk in the Kursk region of Russia, according to Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The vehicle of the deputy commander of the Russian Armed Forces' Sever military group was destroyed by fire by a unit of the UA_REG TEAM Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This occurred on the night of August 17, 5 kilometers from the city of Rylsk, Kursk region.
According to available information, as a result of his injuries, a Russian army general had his arm and leg amputated. He was urgently flown to Moscow.
According to the Ukrainian Prosecutor's Office, charges against Abachev were brought to court back in 2023.
With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Abachev commanded the so-called 2nd Army Corps of the LPR People's Militia. He directly gave orders to bomb and destroy settlements in the Luhansk region.
