Snipers of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) in the Kupiansk sector destroyed two Russian sapper groups that were planning to install engineering barriers in the forest, according to Special Operations Forces.
Reportedly, during night surveillance in the most dangerous areas in the Kupiansk direction, snipers of the 8th Separate Regiment discovered two enemy sapper groups. They planned to set up engineering barriers in the forest.
The SOF snipers opened fire on the targets and destroyed both groups of four Russians.
Russia's losses in Ukraine
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine as of the morning of Friday, December 15, amount to 1,090 troops, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the invasion to approximately 343,890. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 38 armored combat vehicles, 24 cars, and 20 drones.
