Ukrainian military destroy Russian ammunition depot and more with drones
The Ukrainian defense forces attack the Russian position in southern Ukraine with drones and howitzers. The strikes resulted in casualties among the Russian troops, according to the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Operators of the 73rd Naval Center of the Special Operations Forces named after Kosh Ataman Antin Holovatyi discovered the location of the Russian troops and their ammunition depot during reconnaissance in the southern direction.
The Ukrainian military used FPV drones, drones with a dumping system, and a 122-mm D-30 howitzer. During the strikes, they destroyed:
- caponiers with ammunition;
- 3 Russian occupants, another 5 were wounded;
- locations of Russian personnel.
Russia's losses in war against Ukraine
As of the morning of April 29, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian losses amount to 467,470 personnel. Over the last day alone, April 28, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,320 Russian soldiers, 6 tanks, and over 15 armored combat vehicles (ACVs).
Meanwhile, the Third Assault Brigade demonstrated a video of a drone's strike on the Russian Grosza-04M electronic warfare system, which was supposed to help the Russian troops gain a foothold in their positions.
