Ukrainian interceptors destroy jet-powered Russian drones, Zelenskyy reveals footage

The Security Service of Ukraine has developed and has already successfully deployed a new drone interceptor designed to counter Shahed drones, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Today, the President of Ukraine heard a report from Oleksandr Poklad, head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
Zelenskyy notes that the Security Service's military counterintelligence has already achieved good results in countering Shahed drones.
"A new interceptor drone has been developed and has already been successfully deployed. Step by step, we are moving forward to give Ukraine greater protection. I thank all the developers and manufacturers who work every day to scale up the weapons we need," the head of state adds.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that two Ukrainian companies had successfully conducted combat tests of new interceptor drones, shooting down a Russian Shahed jet drone.
Ukrainian developers have demonstrated the effectiveness of the new air defense systems in real combat conditions.
