Ukrainian intelligence strikes Russian speedboat in Crimea with Magura V5 drone, sources say
The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine has hit a Russian speedboat in the temporarily occupied Crimea. A Ukrainian Magura V5 maritime drone was used for the attack, according to sources in the special services.
According to the sources, the Magura V5 marine drone attack took place in the area of the Vuzka Bay (Chornomorskyi district) on the night of May 6.
The interlocutors added that the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine was behind the successful operation to hit the Russian navy speedboat.
DIU showed video of operation
The intelligence service confirmed that during the operation, a unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Group 13 destroyed a Russian speedboat with a Magura V5 strike marine drone.
"As the fear of Ukrainian attacks forces Russians to hide large Black Sea Fleet ships away from the peninsula, combat work continues on high-speed maneuverable Russian warships that are illegally in Ukrainian territorial waters of Crimea," the description under the video reads.
Night drone attack on Crimea
After a long break in Crimea, Russian troops complained about a naval drone attack. The Russian invaders say that last night off the west coast of the peninsula they allegedly destroyed up to 5 unmanned boats, which they say belong to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Interestingly, the Russians also confirmed the information that the attack took place near the village of Chornomorske.

Previous Magura V5 drone attacks on Russian ships in Crimea
Ukrainian Magura V5 unmanned maritime drones have already sunk several Russian ships. They have already destroyed the Russian Ivan Khurs reconnaissance ship, the Ivanovets missile boat, the Tsezar Kunikov large amphibious assault ship, the Sergey Kotov project 22160 patrol ship, and damaged other vessels of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
