Ukrainian intelligence destroyed Russian unit on left bank of the Kherson region

Ukrainian intelligence operatives are conducting successful operations in the occupied left bank of the Kherson region. In particular, they managed to destroy a unit of Russian missile forces, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR).
The soldiers of the particular purpose unit of the GUR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the "Shaman" battalion, are advancing more profoundly into the occupied territories and continue to inflict losses on the enemy.
"Thanks to their actions, one of the units of the Russian missile forces' special purpose has been destroyed," the statement reads.
The situation in the Kherson region
Ukrainian defense forces liberated Kherson in November 2022. However, the left bank part of the region is still under occupation by Russian aggressors. As a result, the liberated settlements in the Kherson region are constantly shelled by the enemy using artillery and tanks. It's worth noting that Ukrainian intelligence operatives are not conducting such raids for the first time in the occupied part of the Kherson region. Previously, Special Operations Forces fighters have already carried out operations in the area of the left bank of the Kherson region.
