Head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, delivered a briefing to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated Ukrainian President during his evening address.

"Today, there was a report from the head of the Defense Intelligence regarding vulnerabilities that exist in Russia. We also discussed the prisoner exchange process, and it is ongoing - the implementation of the agreements of the second meeting in Türkiye. We are trying to free as many of our people as possible from Russian captivity," Zelenskyy said.

According to him, he also listened to a briefing from Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha about a meeting with all Ukrainian ambassadors scheduled for July 21.

"We outlined clear tasks for our diplomats and some reform initiatives within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - the minister will present them. We’re preparing a significant expansion of the capabilities of Ukrainian diplomacy," Zelenskyy added.

Operation Spiderweb

On June 1, Ukrainian drones attacked Russian strategic aviation based at airfields.

As a result of the attack, Ukrainian forces successfully hit 41 enemy aircraft. Most of the targeted aircraft were strategic bombers used by Russia to launch missile strikes on Ukraine. Among the aircraft damaged were the A-50, Tu-95, Tu-22, Tu-160, as well as the An-12 and Il-78.

According to Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Chief Vasyl Malyuk, Ukrainian forces used 117 unique drones with special high-explosive charges for the attack.
