Employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) have exposed the head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, Oleksii Salnikov, for instigating the provision of unlawful benefits to Supreme Court judges in favor of a commercial enterprise, citing NABU and SAP.

According to the investigation, on March 5 of this year, the current head of the State Judicial Administration received $7,500 from a representative of a commercial enterprise, of which $5,000 was intended to be given to the judges for making a decision, and $2,500 was to be kept as a commission for intermediary services.

Subsequently, Salnikov promised to facilitate the judges of the Supreme Court in making decisions, including involving his former chief.

However, after NABU and SAP exposed the former head of the Supreme Court, Vsevolod Kniaziev, for receiving unlawful benefits, the behavior of the head of the State Judicial Administration drastically changed - he began to evade resolving the matter. He had no intention of returning the unlawfully obtained benefit.
