Ukrainian forces shoot down new Russian drone: Footage

Ukrainian defenders have destroyed a new drone of the Russian forces, the Prince Veshiy Oleg (Prince Oleg the Prophet). A corresponding video has appeared, according to the Pentagon unmanned systems unit of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment on Facebook.
The new drone of the Russian army was shot down by the pilots of the interceptor company of the Pentagon battalion of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment.
What is known about the new drone
The unit emphasized that this UAV is Russia’s latest development and has the following characteristics:

Maximum speed: 130 km/h;

Maximum flight altitude: 100 meters;

Operational range: 45 kilometers.
The unit noted that, according to the Russian forces, the drone’s "main advantage" is allegedly its high survivability, as Ukrainian troops "mistake it for their own."
It can be used for reconnaissance, fire adjustment, and monitoring the results of strike drone operations.
New Geran-5 drone
Russia has recently introduced a new jet-powered Geran-5 drone.
According to Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, the UAV can reach speeds of up to 600 km/h.
Intelligence data indicate that the drone’s design resembles the Iranian Karrar, while most of its components are identical to those used in other Geran drones produced in Alabuga. Russia is also considering the possibility of launching this UAV from a Su-25 attack aircraft.
