Ukrainian forces have struck a field ammunition depot and Russian artillery guns on the Zaporizhzhia front, the press service of the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol reports.

During the attack, the following targets were hit:

  • a field ammunition depot;
  • three 2A65 Msta-B howitzers.

"The 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol tirelessly defends every meter of Ukrainian land. The systematic elimination of enemy guns and ammunition significantly weakens the occupier's combat capabilities," the Ukrainian Brigade stated on its Facebook page.

Frontline situation

Over the past day, June 15, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 175 combat clashes took place. The enemy widely used aviation, artillery, and kamikaze drones.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost over 1,005 million military personnel. Just in the past 24 hours, the enemy lost another 1,200 soldiers. Furthermore, Ukrainian forces destroyed:

  • 2 tanks;
  • 7 armored fighting vehicles;
  • 18 artillery systems.
