Ukrainian drones once again targeted Russia's shadow fleet in the Black and Azov seas during the night of July 18. This time, 13 more vessels were hit, according to the commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert "Madyar" Brovdi.

The targets included eight cargo ships, one oil tanker, one LNG tanker, one tugboat, and two floating cranes.

Overall, during the 13-day MoLoChKa operation, Ukrainian drones have attacked 172 Russian vessels:

  • 118 vessels in the Sea of Azov;
  • 54 vessels in the Black Sea.

"Our objective remains unchanged: to disrupt the transport of oil, fuel, and cargo used to circumvent sanctions. We will turn every self-propelled vessel into a barge drifting at sea - blind and deaf. The goal is not to pollute the waters with oil spills, so there will be no hull breaches," Madyar said.

As previously reported, on July 17, Ukrainian naval drones destroyed another 12 vessels from Russia's shadow fleet in the Black Sea. After 12 days of Operation MoLoChKa, the total number of vessels hit had increased significantly.

On the night of July 16, operators from Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces attacked another 11 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet.
