Importantance of the command post
This facility was used by the Russian troops to plan and conduct combat operations against the Ukrainian Defense Forces units in the Sumy region.
“Its elimination significantly reduces the ability of the units of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of Russia to operate effectively on the battlefield,” the Ukrainian military said.
The General Staff assures that the pilots of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will continue to destroy elements of Russia's military infrastructure until Russia stops its armed aggression.
Ukrainian strikes at Russia's targets
The Ukrainian Defense Forces are constantly striking facilities in Russia. For example, on the night of March 20, drones attacked the Engels airfield in the Saratov region.
Later, the Center for Countering Disinformation said that the strike on Russian Engels could have destroyed missiles. In particular, the Russians could have lost a depot of Kh-101 missiles.
As it turned out, the drone attack on the Engels airfield was organized by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. This operation was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
