Ukrainian border guard operators of reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles have released three Ukrainian soldiers from Russian captivity, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports.

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, operators of reconnaissance drones detected a group of Russian occupiers who captured three Ukrainian soldiers. After that, the crews of the UAVs of the 1st Separate Tank Siversk Brigade promptly arrived to reinforce them.

"Coordinated actions and precision drones dropped by Ukrainian drones forced the enemy to flee and leave the prisoners behind. Then, with the help of drones, our fighters were brought to safe positions," the SBGSU added.

Also, Ukrainian border guards used drones to deliver a powerful blow to Russian positions in the Donetsk region.

Also in April, Ukrainian FPV drones destroyed firing positions and shelters with Russian soldiers in the Pokrovsk sector, and a company of Favoryt attack UAVs attacked Russian armored vehicles, armored personnel carriers, and Ural in the Donetsk region.
